Frigid Temperatures, wool socks and days without a glimpse of sun can only mean one thing, winter is here. I know most of us dread the endless snow, bitter cold layer upon layer of clothing needed to venture outdoors. But, there are some upsides like skiing, the romantic appeal of falling snow and… yea the upsides are hard to come by.
Fortunately the Boston area does a fantastic job of organizing winter farmers markets allow for TBD Foods to continue our focus on locally sourced ingredients with seasonal flavors. Which is why I would like to invite you all to our Wicked Local Winter Pop-Up Dinner.
Join us for a 5-course dinner featuring local produce, meats and dairy. All dishes will be prepared from scratch, made by hand, using the finest ingredient found at the areas local farmers markets.
