We start by learning about your event and building a menu around your vision. We work with you to create a personalized menu that highlights Colorado’s seasonal and delicious produce and meat as well our scratch cooking techniques. Since we make everything by hand (including our breads, pastas, and sauces), we are easily able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. We also coordinate any bartending, staffing, and rental needs you may have, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. We take great pride in our communication, attention to detail, and personal customer service. Whether it’s your first time planning an event or hundredth, we prioritize our communication and ensure that you feel comfortable and have every question answered along the way.
